Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for Nextalgoai automated trading software purchased through nextalgoai.com or our official WhatsApp channel.

1. Try Before You Buy

Because trading software results can never be guaranteed, we make it easy to evaluate before paying: we offer a free demo-account trial and free read-only live results access on request. We strongly encourage every customer to use these before purchasing.

2. Before Activation

If you have paid but the Software has not yet been activated on any of your trading accounts, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

3. After Activation

Once the Software has been delivered and activated on your account, the subscription is non-refundable. This is standard for digital software licenses, since the product cannot be "returned" after delivery.

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Trading losses of any kind — results depend on markets and your settings;
• Partial unused subscription periods after activation;
• Third-party costs such as broker fees, spreads, commissions or VPS charges.

5. Service Issues

If the Software fails to install or run on a supported MT4/MT5 setup and our team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your report, we will offer, at our discretion, a replacement setup, a subscription extension, or a pro-rata refund for the unusable period.

6. How to Request

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 901 7788 or email admin@nextalgoai.com with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
