These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nextalgoai.com website and the purchase and use of Nextalgoai automated trading software ("the Software"). By using the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

Nextalgoai provides ready-made algorithmic trading software (Expert Advisors) that runs on the MetaTrader 4/5 platform in the customer's own broker account, together with installation assistance, support and updates during an active subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading software in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with the laws applicable to you and with your broker's terms.

3. Subscriptions and Licensing

• Subscriptions are offered on monthly, quarterly or yearly terms as described on our website at the time of purchase.
• Each subscription licenses the Software for the number of trading accounts stated in your plan.
• The license is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, copy or share the Software or its files with any third party.
• We may revoke a license without refund in cases of abuse, sharing or attempted redistribution of the Software.

4. No Performance Guarantee

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, including backtests and live results, is not a guarantee of future performance. We make no promise, warranty or representation of any specific profit, return or outcome. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, account settings and the capital you place at risk. 5. Your Responsibilities

• Maintaining your own broker account and complying with the broker's terms;
• Keeping your account credentials secure — we will never ask for your trading password;
• Ensuring adequate infrastructure (e.g., VPS) if continuous operation is desired;
• Monitoring your account and risk settings, and trading only with money you can afford to lose.

6. Support and Updates

Active subscribers receive installation assistance, reasonable WhatsApp support and Software updates. Support does not include trading advice or signals.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software, website content, brand name and logo are the property of Nextalgoai and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described in Section 3.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextalgoai shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, broker failures, platform outages, internet or VPS failures, slippage, spread changes, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Software or website. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Platforms

MetaTrader is a product of MetaQuotes Ltd. Nextalgoai is not affiliated with or endorsed by MetaQuotes or any broker. Your relationship with your broker is governed solely by your agreement with that broker.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
